HORECA 2011: February 3 - 6 in Expo Athens
The sixth HO.RE.CA. 2011 is preparing to host - replete, in all sectors - the visitors to the Exhibition Centre Expo Athens, Anthousa, Attica. The more than 300 exhibitors of 6th HO.RE.CA. will meet from 3 to 6 February 2011, the owners, executives and professionals in hotels and catering, offering them the ideal solutions and the most significant proposals to cope with difficult economic times successfully.
This is about cost reduction proposals, suitable suppliers selection and cooperating with the most successful professionals in the market for ideas and development of services, business development and responsiveness to high standards of quality at affordable prices.
In all areas of the sectors addressed by the trade, complete solutions for equipment, supplies, the organization and operation of hotels and all catering establishments are proposed.
The schedule of side events of 6th HO.RE.CA. will be richer than ever! This year, for the first time, the Chefs' Club of Greece, under the auspices of the GTO will organize the National Council of Gastronomy, with the participation of the tourism industry and business, while again with the responsibility of the Club and the Panhellenic Federation of Chefs will be organized and 4th International Forum Gastronomy, which has become an institution, after more than 25 countries have registered for this year's event. They will also host a specially designed area, great interest seminars for professionals on the viability of the industry in times of economic crisis.
